Printway currently uses several main techniques to produce our products: UV printing, all-over printing method (sublimation), Direct to garment (DTG), etc.
UV printing
UV printing is a method of digital printing utilizing ultraviolet (UV) light to dry or cure ink, adhesives, or coatings almost as soon as it’s hit the paper, aluminum, foam board, or acrylic. This currently applies to the following products: Ornaments, Wooden Signs, Tumblers, Metal Signs, etc.
All-over printing method (sublimation)
All-over printing is a method of printing that aims at transferring a design from sublimation paper, then transferring that image onto another material (usually polymer or polymer mix) by using pressure and heat (between 350 – 400 degrees). This technique is currently used for all-over-printed products such as 3D T-shirts, 3D Hoodies, 3D Leggings, etc.
Direct to garment (DTG)
Direct to garment (DTG), also known as digital apparel printing, is a printing process that sprays water-based inks onto apparel using modified inkjet technology. This method can be used on cotton fabric such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, etc.
Direct-to-film (DTF)
Direct to Film or DTF is a process that transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism. DTF printing is known for its versatility, vibrant colors, and ability to print on a wide range of materials.
