How does sample ordering work?

There are 2 ways to create a sample order:
Method 1: Create a sample order
Go to Order → Create order → Sample order

Then fill in your order information and submit the order

Method 2. Import Order
+ You can do the similar steps as you import your orders *link using Excel file for an unlinked store account, please make sure to fill VN shipping address so our system can recognize your order(s) as Sample Order(s)

Note: sample orders only apply to products produced at the VN factory and shipped domestically in Vietnam. The domestic shipping fee will be calculated according to the shipping rates of the carrier such as Grab, Viettel post, etc.
