Are all products in an order shipped together?

If the items in the same order come from 1 factory, we will ship them together with 1 tracking number. For example: cut metal signs and custom shape acrylic ornament are both produced in VN factory, so they will be shipped together.

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities in the US, which means they’ll be shipped separately. Here are the products we may ship separately:
- Apparel (t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt,...)
- Mug/doormat/pet bowl/canvas/poster/tumbler/pillow.
