What is Teeinblue?

2021 has witnessed the strong development of websites with POD products with personalized features. This feature allows customers to freely choose icons, images, .. according to their personal requirements.

For those who are looking for simple personalized apps,  Teeinblue is an ideal all-in-one app for any store that offers print-on-demand, or personalized products. print-on-demand (optional print-on-demand).

Teeinblue will handle the entire process from:

• Prepare the Cliparts.
• Create Design (artwork).
• Import product data from Fulfillment providers. The product here will be the original product that you sell and allow customers to customize. (aka Product Base).
• Design designs for Product Base and start selling in your store.
• Manage orders and send orders to the Fulfillment party.
• Normally, you will be able to use the app to build a design → build a product you sell → associate the design with that product → post the product for sale.
• Alternatively, you can use Teeinblue to turn a regular design into a custom design, allowing your clients to redesign any part of the design themselves.
• This optional design template will be included in the customer's order and you can send it to the fulfillment party.

Teeinblue install guideline

To be able to easily import data and sell products from Printway on Teeinblue, you first need to create a Printway seller account.

Printway's account sign up guideline

1. Access: https://pro.printway.io/auth/signin

Note: If you already have a Printway account, just enter your registered email address and password. Click Sign in.

You can also shorten the sign-in by Sign in with Google.

2. Create a new account: Select Sign up

Here:

• Enter the email you want to use in the email box.
• Enter a name in the First name and Last name boxes
• Set Password and Confirm Password.
  *Note: Use a Passcode with both alphanumeric characters and special characters to increase account security.

Click Register to complete the account registration.

Instructions to install Teeinblue app on Shopify

After successfully registering a Printway seller account, you can install the teeinblue application in two ways as follows:

Method 1: Go to https://teeinblue.com/ and select Install Now

Method 2: Access  shopify app store and search for teeinblue on the search bar,  click on add app to add teeinblue to your Shopify store

How to use teeinblue

Upload Clipart category

Clipart Category is a library of images that can be used by the customer to optionally change the design. Customers can choose from one of them to customize the design to their liking.

Upload and organize your clipart templates into different categories for later customization.
For example, If you upload a Clipart category named "Background", then on the live store, customers will be able to select images from this category to change the Background in the design.

• Upload & Personalize for Artwork: Upload your design in the Artwork editor and choose which part will be customized according to the clipart you just uploaded.
• Adding POD Products: In addition to importing POD product data from Fulfillment Service in the Product Base section, you can manually import mockups downloaded from Printway as you like. You can optionally set the original price, different models (color, size, etc.), mock-ups, and print area.
• Create Campaign: Create a campaign by linking an Artwork to a Product Base. Then publish it to the store so your customers can customize and place orders.
• Manage Orders: Manage all orders created from the app. You can download customer designs or send orders to Printway.
• Note: Orders on Teeinblue will not be automatically sent to Printway. Once you have an order, you will need to send it to Printway to complete the order and send it to the customer.

How to send an order from teeinblue to Printway

For orders using Printway's Mockup, to complete the order and send it to the customer, you will need to send the application from teeinblue to Printway in two ways:
Method 1: Download the design in the order and send it to the account from Printway

Download the order design of each order in teeinblue.

Go to your Printway account, and create an order manually.

+ Fill in order details (product type, variant, customer's shipping address...).

+ Upload the design of the order.

Method 2: Export csv file and import to Printway account
