Dear customers who are using order management via API,
In recent months, Printway has launched a new website and app system with many improvements and features to increase the experience for customers. Up to now, the system has come into stable operation, so customers who are using the old API connection will need to switch to the new API.
For customers who receive this notice and are using the delivery management system through the API gateway of Printway, customers need to re-establish the API connection between the two systems according to new parameters before 25.09.2023 so that the operation always goes smoothly and does not encounter problems such as not receiving applications between the two systems.
This conversion will need to follow the steps and detailed instructions as below.
Case 1: For customers who have connected API V1 / V2 and can not update to API V3, please follow the following instructions:
