All-Over Print (AOP) is one of the most widely used printing technologies in the Print-on-Demand industry. When purchasing POD products, customers typically consider two key factors: the material of the product and the printing technology used. Besides embroidery, most POD items rely on AOP (All-Over Print) or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing.

All Over Print is a technique that prints the entire surface of a product such as a hoodie, leggings, or t-shirt... without being limited to any print area. Normally AOP products will be printed by Screen printed method. AOP allows Print On Demand sellers to open up a new opportunity with new, unique 3D printing products.
Due to the nature and requirements of the printing method, AOP printed products often use synthetic fabrics such as Polyester and cotton or Polyester alone. While DTG-printed products often have natural materials (such as cotton).
