You will receive your replacement order confirmation within 5 business days. After that, please kindly allow us at most 5 more days of fulfillment before we can send you a new tracking number.

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 5 hours to contact us and request order modifications (such as a size/color change) or cancellation. After 5 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.
We guarantee to issue you a refund or a free replacement in the following situations:
Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo or video showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. Please send us a photograph or a video showing the specific problem with the product and include the order number. As soon as we have confirmed it, we will issue you a refund or a replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
